Transporting your package
Parcels are generally shipped within 48 hours of receiving your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo tracked delivery, which does not require a signature. If you would like delivery with signature confirmation, an additional fee will apply; please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a tracking link as soon as possible so you can follow your parcel's delivery online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend combining your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be charged shipping for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, although special care is taken with packages containing fragile items.

The packages are oversized and protected.
