An artisanal roasting since 1945
It all began in the Porte du Pin district of Agen: a crockery merchant coffee enthusiast, Mr. Taillefer, who started roasting coffee at home. The smell conquered the town; the people of Agen still remember it. More than eighty years later, the Maison Taillefer perpetuates this know-how in Estillac, faithful to the spirit of its origins.

Behind every Maison Taillefer product lies true craftsmanship. We slowly roast 100% Arabica coffee at low temperatures to cook the bean thoroughly, develop its body, and reveal its aromas without ever burning them. The same care is applied to our flavored coffees, chocolates, and confectionery.
